Lift without steering mods?

An IFS truck doesn't need steering mods for a 4" bracket lift. And unless your going to put 35's or bigger on, there is no need for 4" lift. 2" will do.

lol mouse. Oh BTW. Define better ground clearance O.P. Better ground clearance = no body lift as you gain none. Well you do and I can stir the pot as well with that. The only thing you improve is approach and departure angles, but only if you use bumper brackets. But a 2" body lift will allow you gain some clearance depending on the way define ground clearance.

better ground clearance = thornbirds! Ah crap now i'm just trolling. Seriously ifs=better ground clearance and the best way to get that ever elusive ground clearance is through bigger tires or lifting the drivetrain or, PORTAL AXLES! yeah get some PORTAL AXLES! those would be cool.

I have a 2 inch body lift. with 33x12.5s and have plenty of clearance for 35s.
a 4 inch bracket lift would be plenty but much more spendy. nothing really needs steering mods unless your going hog wild or are going to run 35s or bigger.
An alignment is always a good idea. which is what xxxtreme mentioned in the second reply i believe?

So..... ok let's get serious here, who told you that an IFS truck needed steering mods to install a 4" lift? Your already running 32's. And never did answer my question on defining the Ground clearance.
You do know the side effects of running a 4" lift without larger heavier tires correct?
I will take you seriously once you start answering some serious questions that have already been posted in here.
Maybe if took some of the guys seriously that said search and troll over in the ifs lift thread, you might not think those "20 year olds" were being immature.

Oh and I need steering mods and I am running 33's with pretty much no lift at all. Searching will yield why I need those mods.
Another one of those newbs to the forum that have an attitude after getting some helpful answers. All while not answering questions given to him.

2" BL for the larger tires then get a better (lower profile) tranny/t-case cross member and raise the gas tank up 2 inches. Now you have better ground clearance and no steering mods to deal with.
