Not on my rig but my friends, she has a 1/2 inch wrench, cut in half, and welded them on, so her shifter nobs are wrenches, pretty cool if you ask me!

Ive been thinking about using an old glass doorknob. I have access to quite a few.

My dad had an old crystal door knob on his 67 ford step side.
One of my fondest childhood memories haha.

I swapped mine for a Hurst pistol grip shift knob. I was thinking about getting another one for the T-case.

I know this thread is about the shift knobs, but has anyone actually swapped the whole shifter itself? If so, I'd like to see some pics

Why would you swap the shifter? Like a short throw?

Short or long throw. Just a swap to something aftermarket, if they even make them for our trucks
