Fuel pulsation after EGR/PAIR delete 3VZE
Hello all,
I want to say first that this website has been a plethora of information and there is a lot of experience here. I appreciate all the input from everyone that has helped me along the way with many projects. I am a Toyota Industrial Equipment master technician and I can recognize real experience when I see it!
So, I did a vacuum hardline/ egr/ pair/ charcoal canister delete on my 1994 4Runner 3VZE. Everything worked perfectly and the truck is running much better. It’s an off-road toy so please spare me the “why delete” responses! Thank you
Anyway, after putting everything back together, I am getting a massive fuel pulsation that can be heard inside and outside the cab. I can feel the pulsation in both the fuel rail input and return lines. I am wondering if it has something to do with re-routing the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line (soft line routed below plenum)? Maybe the line is getting to hot and collapsing? Maybe problem with my charcoal canister delete? Pictures describing what I mean below.

...aaaannd just for fun:
Any ideas YotaTech crew?
Thank you
