Electrical lighting system
So...I installed a new head unit myself and did not disconect the negative terminal on the battery. Now my dash will not light up and the tail lights are not lighting up but the break light do. I checked all fusses on the kick panel and under the hood. I have yet to check the bulbs perhaps that is it but in the rear tail lights its one bulb and that works when breaking...
Any Ideas???

some bulbs are dual filament and so may work for braking but not work as a parking light for example. No light at rear when the lights are turned on but does come on when brake pedal is depressed
If the entire dash is out then double check the dimmer-perhaps it has a relay in your model. Or just got dialed down.....
