22R/20R cam choice

okay i have a 83 22r block with a 20r head I will be rebuilding in the near future and I will be rebuilding the bottom end to spec other than boring it due to scaring. There is a chance I will deck the block to clean the surface. I was wondering if I can throw in a cam from lc engineering like the street performer cam. I had a few concerns because some people were saying they cut down the rockers or not to run a certain cam because it would contact the piston. I am just really confused with the. I have the aluminum 22r rocker arms though.

I was thinking either this cam

Or this one. I am just unsure.
I just don't want the valves to contact the pistons and to loose power.

I've been considering their cam too. Is it a smooth cam or is it thumpy sorry only way I can describe it. I am mainly finding a cam that will work with all my mods because I figured i'm doing everything short of bigger valves and forced induction but on a budget. My main concern is really if it will work with my 20r head set up.
