Question M

My battery's volts go down when car is turn on. New battery and alternator, both got tested and passed (autozone)! Wirescoming from battery to alternator is good ,fuses, ground wires, also check and are good. Alt has the same v when car is on! I check it with a vmeter on the white cable coming of alt!!!charge and ebrake dash lights both on all the time!!! 87 toy carb 2wd 4cyl.
