davez rear is $375 plus shipping...kinda a high price to pay for a rear bumper if ya ask me.
yes i know it's BEEF..but you could easily take a TG, MC, or All pro bumper..and simply get it beefed up a lil lol
like an MC bumper, braced in a few different places i think i shall.

glad to hear you got you another bumper. personally, ive had nothin but good experience with TG. and i go to my local dealer, and get the stuff cheaper, quite a bit cheaper. i got about $60 off my sliders...
is it just me, or is rockota all over 89's nuts? gah. give it a break!! whats done is done. he said he hit at 5mph, whoopie. why would he lie? to turn everyone against MC? things liek these happen, but it wouldnt stop me from purchasing one.

Yeah, 300 to 500...and I need a new bed anyway
They won't be making them for about a month or more...something up with their fabricator...unless it's on the shelf in stock, they won't have any for a while according to the guy I talked to on the phone the other day.

This is NOT a TG bumper issue. This is an issue with the owner not installing the side supports that are recommended. Any bumper can twist in the frame rails. I have seen Marlin and All-Pro bumpers do the exact same thing.

I was new to wheeling i bought the bumper, and being so i didnt know i needed the supports, TG fixed their website to dictate the years recommended for the bumper when i alerted them to the issue when it happened.

Scott, this conversation has been had. For the last time. The website did not recommend usage for the side supports when i bought the bumper. last i checked i had a 90-95 runner, not a 86-89 runner.
I was new to wheeling i bought the bumper, and being so i didnt know i needed the supports, TG fixed their website to dictate the years recommended for the bumper when i alerted them to the issue when it happened.

Still, the issue isn't with the fabrication of the bumper, how it mounts, or how strong it is. The issue was with you not knowing any better. To blame it on them is weak IMO.
