Wow I thought my fuel filter was hard to get off, that looks worse! Wish they could put them right on top of the engine like the good ol' carb engines. And yes, Toyota says they're lifetime filters, but I've changed mine twice in the past 2 years because it fills up with junk. Must be bad gas or rusting gas tank for me.

for the life of me, can't figure out why, if it's a lifetime part, there is an aftermarket industry making them.

Agreed. I have come to the conclusion that a BIGGER fuel filter, or several ran in parallel, would let the gas flow more freely. There are some filters that are direct replacements, but there are other aftermarket replacements that allow smaller/bigger particles through at different flow rates.

BTW, nice sig ABC, I also think vegans taste good, because like beef cattle, they only eat grass.

lol... yep. and if vegan food tasted good, why go through the trouble to imitate meat flavors?
