The drop in RPM's is normal at idle- the output from the alternator is lowest at idle and any significant electrical load will cause the alternator to try and output more amperage but it can't so the engine slows down from the draw. You'd probably notice your headlights would dim too if you had them on when at idle and operating a window.

#6 plug looks like it's getting a bit more fuel than the others. notice how the insulators on the first 5 are much lighter? try changing the plugs for stock denso replacements, none of the platinum or iridium things, and verify the gap is set per spec. then see how the vibration goes.

Also, it's normal for the timing to fluctuate when the jumper is not inserted. What I find odd is the timing is actually going below 10 with the jumper removed. That's sometimes caused by the knock sensor picking up something.

The FSM says set the timing with the jumper in place to 10 degress BTDC; when you remove the jumper it should go down to 8 degrees. Now, if it's HOPPING around, that could indicate a bad distributor...

Not necessarily the distributor but that's what I'd guess as the likely culprit.

I know it has already been said but that makes me think torque converter.

Also have you checked for vacuum leaks?
