95 4Runner Losing Power upon Acceleration

95 4Runner Losing Power upon Acceleration
Current check engine codes: 2.1, 2.4, 2.7, 3.1, 5.2
I have replaced the Volume Air Flow Meter, Fuel Filter, Distributor Cap, Rotor, Spark Plugs, Wires, and Timing Belt. It has also been re-timed. I just replaced the VAFM yesterday, but the engine code remains. Before I replaced the Fuel Filter today the 4runner was revving fine, but would lose power upon acceleration, especially up any incline. I was following a lead on youtube and tried tightening something on the back of the throttle body. While I was taking apart the throttle body, I accidentally disengaged something on the throttle spring. After reassembling, it stalls soon after starting which the service manual points to the fuel quality, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel pump as initial potential causes. I do not have very much money left, so I need to be sure what the problem is before I spend more money on parts. Also one of the O2 sensors got ripped off while I was welding on the exhaust.
The previous owner made many odd "fixes" and modifications. The fuel tank is aftermarket and too deep for the fuel pump, so it "runs out of gas" at about 1/3 tank. I also have an aftermarket manual fuel pump switch, and the fuel filter has rubber hoses and is mounted in a different spot.
