I know, I know Dave but if you got it use it! Haha!. That was in 2008 at Pocono International Raceway when we were dialing the engine in. Now I just cruise with it but it is nice to know its there if you need it. At my age you don't get up to much speed going for ice cream - only going home when you have to go to the bathroom Haha!.

95 reg cab sased with (at the time a w55 tranny from when it was 2wd) 4.88 gears, 30 9.50s, 105 mph and the i ran out of flat ground coming up on a 30-35 degree grade hill and promptly stopped accelerating and not on purpose
and yes i had the rubber band in the engine bay wound F***in tight to get going that fast
only did it to test my driveshaft that i shortened myself without balancing and was wondering how good of a job i did (id say good no vibes)
to the guy that took the pic while he was driving, that ballsy cause the last thing through my mine was "lets take pictures" lol
sorry for junking up the thread with my 3rd gen truck but still a cool thread

1980 4x4, 20r with unknown miles (im guessin we are workin on the 4th time around the odometer) weber 32/36 that could use a fine tuning, engine smog crap removed, cat still there, honkin huge exhaust leak @ manifold, the original L43 wearing all of its oil on the outside and 30x9.5 federal mt's, had it up to 65 mph today @ 4k rpm, it was like sittin on the worlds squeakiest trampoline while 3 people jumped on it while attending, the loudest ever, Didgeridoo concert. Waiting for the whole thing to come apart cartoon style leavin me scootin down the highway on my butt holding a steering wheel attached to nothin. But i was on a power steering parts gathering mission and i loved every minute.
