tonneau cover??

I would look for one of those snap covers that they used to make (may still do). I'm thinking that something off of a Ranger, Mazda Truck or some of the other generations of Toyota Pickups might work. Just scope out the dimensions. I'll eventually get one when I get a factory bed so let me know what you find out.

the problem for me is having a longbed,i work in a sheetmetal shop so modifying an existing frame is no biggie, just finding one for an 8' bed to cut down (used) and modify has been impossible, plus ive got a friend in the upholstery bussiness who can do the cover portion once a frame is fabbed.

maybe the guy at http://killertoytops.com/ could hook you up. Or contact a local upolstry or boat top maker...
and check your tape measure..you don't have an 8 foot bed
