Sticky Shifting Question, Revisited

Hey guys, it's been a while since my last post. Life happens sometimes. Anyways, I finally have the time to revisit my problem with my 79, 20R, 5 speed Hilux. Here's my earlier post, within which I mention a problem during shifting. https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f114...__-sr5-285314/

Basically, what is concerning me is this: I have to exert considerable effort to shift her into 1st and 2nd, especially from a stand still. Also, since I've started driving her again (I was away for about 4 months, during which she was driven probably 4 times total), she'll shift into 4th and rev higher, but not increase in speed. She'll eventually speed up, but only over a long period of time. This only happens after she's been driven for a period of time, however, and not immediately after startup. I replaced all the trans fluid with new GL4 80W-90 as per recommendation Moroza (thanks!), but that was about 3 weeks ago, and she's still doing the same dance.
Is it time for a new clutch?

I'll get some pictures up and add them to this post, as I've been told by some on this forum that my tranny may actually have been swapped at some point. Who knows, maybe I'm driving a FrankenYota.

--Update 6/05/15--
I cleaned out the shifter housing, as per reccomendation. It had some crud in there, but no rust. Also, I pumped in some Lucas Tranny stabilizer into the tranny. That seemed to help somewhat. She's slipping less and isn't shifting as hard currently.
